Return & Exchange Policy

At Waiza Collection, we want you to love every outfit you purchase from us.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and clear return guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.

  • The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and a picture of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility for exchange.

Once approved, you can send the product back to our address (details provided via WhatsApp/email).

3. Return & Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
However, you can request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).

In case of defective or incorrect items, if replacement is not available, a store credit may be issued for future use.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • In case of a valid claim (wrong or faulty item), Waiza Collection will cover the re-shipping charges for the replacement.

5. Check Before Paying Policy

To ensure transparency, we encourage customers to check the parcel before paying (where COD option is available).
Once accepted and paid, claims for damage or defect may not be entertained without proper proof.
