1. Delivery Time

  • Local Orders (Within Pakistan):
    Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Remote Areas:
    Some areas may take 1–2 additional days depending on courier service availability.

We always try our best to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible. During festive or sale seasons, delivery times may slightly extend due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery:
    We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    COD orders are available nationwide without any additional fee.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive a confirmation call or message from our team.

  2. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  3. A tracking number is shared via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

4. International Shipping

We are now offering international shipping for orders weighing over 5 kg.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and total parcel weight.

5. Check Before Paying Policy

We encourage all customers to check the parcel before paying to ensure they have received the correct items in perfect condition.
Once accepted and paid, Waiza Collection may not entertain claims without proper proof.

6. Undelivered Orders

If a customer fails to receive or intentionally refuses delivery without a valid reason, Waiza Collection reserves the right to block future COD orders from that customer.
